8th & 9th April 2011

Not going to focus too much on todays risk in Mississippi and subsequent States due to the nature of todays Storms being a bit of a Clusterf**k, Fast moving Squalls not nice in the jungles of the Mississippi Valley. But.........For 3 runs now the GFS Has been showing a great Set-Up for Friday 8th & Saturday 9th April with repeating Dryline Days. The main risk on Friday looks to be from Western North Texas through Central Oklahoma up into the eastern side of Kansas, 06z GFS Showing 3,500jkg of Cape and a sharp Dryline with adequate moisture, initiation should come from strong winds with height along the dryline. Saturday looks like a repeat but a tad further North and East, with the North East of Oklahoma into SE Kansas looking favoured currently. Would expect SPC To put in a Days 4 & 5 tomorrow on their SWODY4-8
