13th-17th May 2014 - 1st and Last Chase in Kentucky & Travel Days

Upon waking in Galesburg on 13th May we used this as a travel day on the journey to Evansville (Kentucky) in readiness for a risk on the 14th, in hindsight I wished we had not bothered but at least I now know there are about 2 views in Kentucky worthy of a stormchase and wont be bothering again in a hurry! The 14th was a big wet mess and we then used the 15th to travel back to Kansas, one bright spot on the 15th was a visit to a "Man Versus Food" Restaurant at Bonner Springs which was a great evening out. On the 16th we travelled from Salina the short distance to Galva to visit the Kansas Farm owned by Daril and Kelly, we had great hospitality once again and had amazing fun on the quad bikes and shooting guns, knowing that we had a decent risk in Montana and Wyoming on the 18th May we used the 17th as a travel day from Salina to the Nebraska / Wyoming border to get ready for 2 active days ahead before the push back to Dallas Fort Worth.
